I ordered from boathousestores.com and it actually showed up faster than I expected. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, which was nice because I hate when tracking just sits there and doesn’t move. The package arrived on the day it said it would, and everything was packed well with nothing missing. My only little complaint is I kept checking the tracking way too much because I’ve had other clothing sites take forever, and I’m tired of slow shipping and tired of guessing when stuff will arrive. But this order was smooth, so I’d probably order again.

Was browsing Boathouse and ended up in the sale section. Kind of where the better prices were. A few things were actually marked down nicely.
I had a promo code too. Tried it at checkout, and it just worked. No error message, no weird extra step. Total came out lower than I thought, which was a nice surprise.
pretty easy experience. If they’ve got deals going again, I’d probably shop there another time.

"Fairly simple return process"
I had to send back a jacket because the fit just wasn’t right. To be fair, the online return instructions were easy to follow, and I didn’t run into any major issues. The refund took about a week, which isn’t exactly quick, but it also didn’t feel unreasonable. Overall, hassle-free

I had to reach out to Boathouse with a question about my order, and my first thought was, great, this is going to be a hassle. But nope. They got back to me way quicker than I expected, the answer actually made sense, and they fixed the issue without me having to keep following up. Quick snap judgment? Solid customer service. I’d shop there again...

"Good stuff, but not a huge selection"
I’ll give them credit, the quality seems decent so far. I’m always a little skeptical when a company uses super polished marketing language, because it can make everything sound better than it actually is, but the product itself was fine. My only real complaint is that the selection felt kind of limited. Not bad overall, just wish there were more options.
